Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within this timeframe will incur a $50 fee. Early Arrival: To ensure a smooth and timely appointment, please arrive 15 minutes early. Color Services: Charges for color services depend on product usage. If your hair requires more than the initial investment, additional charges will apply. Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards, cash, and digital payment methods. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure quality service for all clients.
